Serves: 4


Pesto Paste:

  • 1 cup basil
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil


  • 1 pack fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup peas


  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until it turns soft. Drain the water out of the pasta and put it in a pan.
  2. Combine all the pesto ingredients into a blender. Mix, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blanch peas in boiling water for a few minutes then drain.
  4. Add pesto to cooked pasta and stir well. Mix through peas and serve.
