MATCHA ICED LATTE

- 12 ounces unsweetened almond milk/any other milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2 teaspoons honey, pure maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium-high speed until the matcha powder is dissolved, in about 30 seconds. Taste, and add more sweetener if desired. Pour over ice.
2. Top it up with whipped cream for that added yumminess.
